We strive for customer retention by satisfying all customer requirements with every shipment. Opportunities for improvement in our quality management system are determined by measurement and analysis of key processes including contract review, corrective/preventive action, inspection, on-time delivery, evaluation and control of suppliers, customer feedback, customer awareness programs, resource requirements and control of nonconforming material.
