CARDINAL COMPONENTS, INC., INTRODUCES THE WORLD’S FIRST PROGRAMMABLE TCXO “CTAM,” IN FREQUENCIES FROM 1.5 TO 200 MHz, RoHS COMPLIANT WITH CMOS, LVPECL AND LVDS OUTPUTS.
Wayne, NJ — June 15, 2009 —-Cardinal Components, Inc., a world leader in the manufacturing of programmable oscillators, is introducing the world’s first programmable TCXO from 1.5 to 200 MHz delivered in 48 hours.
The first in the series “CTAM,” “CTAE,” and “CTAL” is a 5 x 7 surface mount programmable TCXO with outputs available in CMOS, LVPECL, and LVDS .
The “CTAM,” “CTAE,” and “CTAL” device operates at 3.3 volts. It’s available in an industry standard 5mm x 7mm surface mount package (6 pad) FR4 construction. Additional features include a stability of 2.5 ppm maintained over a temperature range of (-30C to +75C)
The low phase noise ( -100dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset ) for the “CTAM,” “CTAE,” and “CTAL” device makes it suitable for applications such as test equipment, industrial automation, homeland security, and instrumentation markets requiring quick production in unique customer frequencies up to 200 MHz.
Samples of this device can be obtained by contacting Cardinal or one its authorized distributors worldwide. Sample quantity pricing is in the $20 range, and 1k volume pricing is $8.75 each for the CMOS version and slightly higher for the LVDS and LVPECL versions.
